The conference is now full. If you want to be added to the waiting-list, please send an email to sbdm2026@gmail.com

Please, do not pay while you are still on the waiting list. We will contact you if there is an available spot and then you will have to pay to confirm your registration.

Ticket includes access to all conference sessions (oral and poster), as well as the social event on Thursday evening. Coffee breaks, and lunch will be provided throughout the duration of the conference. Please note that places for the social event are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The buffet will be vegetarian.

The  fee waiver registration is reserved for participants affiliated with institutions located in eligible low- and lower-middle-income countries, as defined by UNESCO and the World Bank (see the list below). If you select this option, we will contact you to confirm your eligibility and provide payment instructions. Standard and Student fares are open to all participants.
